Not only am I inspired to spread my love for it with others (and excited to do so) but understanding the theory and in depth background knowledge has really allowed me to gain a deeper purpose and 'why' behind it. Course Overview

Would you like to confidently share mindfulness sessions with others?

The Teach 10 Programme is an 8-week LIVE online course which will give you the essential knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver your own 10 zen meditations and mindfulness sessions and provide you with certification as a 10 of Zen Mindfulness Teacher. The course will be delivered over 8 weekly evening webinars with supporting worksheets and information sheets.

Certification and Quality Assurance

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a downloadable e-certificate of achievement from Crossfields Institute and the Institute of Health Sciences plus a unit transcript, detailing the content that you have completed. Crossfields Institute is a UK Awarding Organisation, regulated by Ofqual. It has an international reputation for developing and awarding high-quality vocational and academic qualifications across a number of sectors.

CPD Recognition

This course is recognised for 30 CPD hours with the UK Heath Coaches Association.

What will you gain from Teach Ten?

Everyone completing the course will feel confident, ready and equipped to share 10-minute meditations and micro-zen mindfulness exercises with others. How?


The course provides loads of opportunities for you to practice the art of leading meditations and mindfulness exercises, helping you to explore your voice, build your confidence and ditch your inhibitions.


We will provide you with a core foundation of knowledge about mindfulness so you can understand the theory and easily pass it on.

Great content

We will teach you 12 meditations around the themes of awareness, kindness, and emotions - tailored to help support us in navigating our hectic modern-day lifestyles and the things we most need support with such as stress, tough feelings, tiredness, overwhelm and guilt. You will also be taught 16 micro zen mindfulness exercises.

Scripts and slides

You will receive your own copy of scripts for the twelve 10 of zen meditations and 16 micro-zen exercises, so you have everything you need to go on to lead your own sessions with your clients.  When you graduate you will receive a 'gad pack' with 15 meditations, 25 micro-zen mindfulness tools and a lesson plan for a 6-week course along with scripts for talking points. 

Lesson plan & programme guide 

We will give you a lesson plan for how best to share mindfulness sessions with your clients. We will also share a suggested lesson plan and mapped out content for a 6 week mindfulness programme. You can choose how to use this; in your 1-2-1 coaching sessions, as a group programme, a digital online course or even a mindfulness challenge.

Style guide & FAQs 

Over the course of the programme, you will be taught how to answer frequently asked question and top tips for how to lead meditations and mindfulness exercises.

Mindfulness helps you to build a foundation of resilience, mental homeostasis (balance) and wellbeing within so that you have the resources to pull from when things get tough. I feel like we don’t often talk about mindfulness in this way - it being a practice that is literally on the front-lines of mental health preservation.

My name is Lou and I am a Health Coach and Mindfulness Teacher.  
I passionately believe that good food and lifestyle tools have the power to transform your body, mind and health. It’s my mission to help others learn how to nourish their body and mind on and off the plate using the power of nutrition, self-care, healthy habits and lifestyle tools that will empower you to live your best life.
