Meet the instructor

Aoife Cronin

Aoife graduated as a Nutritional Therapist from IHS in 2010 and immediately went on to work with clients in clinical practice.  Aoife has also facilitated public healthy eating courses and worked with companies to provide corporate wellness services. She contributes to the IHS Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Diploma Course as a lecturer, unit leader and personal tutor.

Aoife is a mother of 3 young children and is passionate about combining education with practical coaching skills to help people take control of their health and wellness.
