He is the founder of Design Your Life Coaching and combines his expertise in NLP, nutrition and stress management with coaching skills to help groups and individuals make lasting changes in mindset and behaviour to attain and maintain higher levels of health and wellbeing.

A thought-provoking introduction to coaching. It was very well written and well structured throughout with a good blend of supporting media and additional written resources. It provides really useful tools that you can apply to your own life and to work situations straight away.
